WE ARE LOOKING FOR A STUDENT ASSISTANT TO JOIN OUR RETAIL OPERATIONS TEAM IN COPENHAGEN!
Are you passionate about retail and ready to dive into the behind-the-scenes world of store operations? We’re looking for a structured and proactive Student Assistant to support our Retail Operations team at GANNI HQ.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fashion environment, contributing directly to how our stores run across the globe. You’ll be working in a supportive and fast-paced team that is dedicated to ensuring operational excellence in every store. The position is part-time (approx. 20 hours per week) and flexible around your studies.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As our Retail Operations Assistant, your tasks will include:

• Supporting the creation and maintenance of retail guidelines, training materials, and operational tools for our store teams.
• Assisting in the setup and maintenance of store accounts and systems, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and access.
• Helping coordinate communications and updates to stores, making sure the right messages reach the right people at the right time.
• Participating in ad hoc projects that enhance store performance, operational processes, and retail excellence.
  

WE HOPE YOU BRING

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Danish is a plus, but not required).
• Confidence working with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools—especially PowerPoint, Excel/Sheets, and Docs.
• A positive, problem-solving attitude—you don’t wait for answers, you help find them.
• A detail-oriented mindset—you catch the small things that make a big difference.

You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Denmark, and eager to apply your knowledge in a real-world setting. You enjoy working independently, but thrive as part of a team. You’re curious about how great retail experiences are built—from the ground up—and excited to grow your skills in an inspiring, fast-moving environment.
