torso electronics is looking for a Customer Support team member to help our customers and keep the day-to-day running smoothly. This part-time role may suit you if you’re studying or already working in a music-related field.

You’ll respond to customer questions and help with order fulfilment, shipping and community management. You’ll also support the wider team with general office tasks, depending on your experience and interests.

What you’ll do

• Respond to customer questions and help resolve support issues

• Handling returns and repairs

• Support day-to-day warehousing tasks

• Provide general office support, depending on your experience and profile

About you

• You are interested in music-making and music technology

• You communicate clearly and enjoy helping people

• You’re organized and comfortable moving between different kinds of tasks

• You take care with details, whether answering a customer or preparing an order

• You’re comfortable working on-site with a small team
