Are you a student who excels at creating overview and structure? MSAT (Manufacturing Science & Technology) at FUJIFILM Biotechnologies is looking for an engaged Student Assistant to help ensure that all colleagues receive the right training in our systems.

As a training partner, you will help managers and specialists keep our training plans (curricula) up to date in our learning system. You will receive training and work close to operations in a strong professional environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create and assign curricula to new employees in collaboration with the responsible manager
• Continuously review that all employees have the correct training curricula and remove what is irrelevant
• Build and maintain relevant training curricula for the entire MSAT
• Pull training reports regularly and follow up with relevant managers

About You:

• You are enrolled in a relevant higher education program (e.g., within life science, production, quality, HR, learning, or similar) and have at least 3 years left of your studies
• You are structured and good at planning and prioritizing tasks
• You have strong collaboration skills and communicate clearly with both managers and specialists
• You are comfortable working with digital tools and systems
• You can speak English at a professional level (written and spoken); Danish is a plus
• Proactive, curious, and service-minded
• Quality-conscious and detail-oriented
• Thrive on creating structure and standards
• Work independently and follow up on deadlines
