DINE ARBEJDSOPGAVER
Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

• Datamodellering og databehandling: Strukturering, transformation og kvalitetssikring af data samt udvikling og vedligeholdelse af datamodeller i Power BI.
• Udvikling af Power BI-rapporter: Design og opbygning af dashboards, rapporter og visualiseringer, der understøtter forretningens behov for indsigt og beslutningsgrundlag.
• Analyse og forretningsindsigt: Udarbejdelse af analyser, hvor komplekse data omsættes til relevant og anvendelig information.
• Videreudvikling og optimering: Optimering af eksisterende datamodeller, rapporteringsløsninger og dataprocesser med fokus på performance, kvalitet og brugervenlighed.
• AI og nye teknologier: Udforske og anvende Uhrenholts godkendte AI-værktøjer til at effektivisere udviklingen af Power BI-løsninger samt undersøge mulighederne for AI-understøttet dataanalyse, automatisering og rapportering.
• Samarbejde med forretningen: Dialog med kolleger på tværs af organisationen om databehov, analyseønsker og nye rapporteringsløsninger.

DIN PROFIL
Der kan være flere veje ind i jobbet, men vi forestiller os, at du læser HA, cand.merc. eller en uddannelse inden for Business Analytics, IT, Data Science eller lignende, og at du har mindst 1,5 år tilbage af studiet.

Vi lægger især vægt på, at du:

• har en stærk analytisk sans og arbejder struktureret med data og problemløsning
• har flair for IT og data og interesse for datamodellering, analyser og visualiseringer. Kendskab til Power BI, DAX eller Power Query vil være en fordel, men ikke et krav
• er nysgerrig på nye teknologier, herunder AI, og motiveres af at lære nyt og udvikle dine tekniske kompetencer
• er initiativrig og motiveres af at finde løsninger, optimere arbejdsprocesser og skabe forbedringer.
• er samarbejdsorienteret og serviceminded og kommunikerer klart med forskellige interessenter på tværs af organisationen
• behersker engelsk godt i skrift og tale.

OMFANG OG ARBEJDSSTED

Would you like to join an international food company where, together with the Business Finance team, you will help develop Uhrenholt’s Business Intelligence platform and Power BI?

With your academic background, you will have the opportunity to make Uhrenholt even more data-driven and help ensure that the organisation always has accurate data. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Your tasks will include:

• Data modelling and data processing: Structuring, transforming and quality-assuring data, as well as developing and maintaining data models in Power BI.
• Power BI report development: Designing and building dashboards, reports and visualisations that support the business’s need for insight and a solid basis for decision-making.
• Analysis and business insight: Preparing analyses that turn complex data into relevant, usable information.
• Development and optimisation: Optimising existing data models, reporting solutions and data processes with a focus on performance, quality and user-friendliness.
• AI and new technologies: Exploring and using Uhrenholt’s approved AI tools to streamline the development of Power BI solutions, and investigating opportunities for AI-supported data analysis, automation and reporting.
• Collaboration with the business: Engaging in dialogue with colleagues across the organisation about data needs, analysis requests and new reporting solutions.

YOUR PROFILE
There are several paths into this role, but we imagine that you are studying for a degree in Business Administration (e.g. HA or cand.merc.), Business Analytics, IT, Data Science or a similar field, and that you have at least 1.5 years of your studies remaining.

We place particular emphasis on you:

• having strong analytical skills and a structured approach to data and problem-solving
• having a flair for IT and data, and an interest in data modelling, analysis and visualisation. Knowledge of Power BI, DAX or Power Query is an advantage but not a requirement
• being curious about new technologies, including AI, and motivated by learning and developing your technical skills
• taking initiative and being motivated by finding solutions, optimising work processes and driving improvements
• being collaborative and service-minded, and communicating clearly with different stakeholders across the organisation
• having good written and spoken English.

You thrive in a varied working day where no two days are the same, and you are good at turning business needs and your own ideas into concrete solutions.

WHAT WE OFFER
An exciting and challenging student job where you can put your academic knowledge and skills into practice. After a thorough onboarding, you will be involved in a wide range of tasks, all built around Uhrenholt’s strategy.

You will join the Business Finance team within Group Finance, which, besides you, consists of 15 skilled and experienced colleagues, and you will report to the Senior Manager, Business Finance. We offer a high degree of freedom and responsibility and great opportunities to shape your own working day.

You will also receive a salary based on qualifications, a pension scheme, health insurance and, not least, an excellent canteen.

HOURS AND LOCATION
The position is approximately 15 hours per week and is to be filled as soon as possible. We naturally offer flexibility around exams. The workplace is primarily our head office in Middelfart, but some tasks can be done from home by agreement.
