In this Technical Solutions Representative Student Assistant role, you’ll be…

• Getting a deeper understanding of our platform and framework, along with regulations like DORA and NIS2.
• Migrating existing customer GRC data into the Formalize platform.
• Configuring and customising the Formalize platform to individual client specifications, e.g., by creating new fields, setting up questionnaires or flows.
• Building and implementing customer solutions within governance.
• Mapping in our platform, e.g., qualifying customer risks.
• Managing our support pipeline.
• Providing input and feedback in the form of potential product optimization ideas and feature requests.

Who is the Customer Success Team?
The Customer Success Team drives our strategic mission to ensure seamless adoption, retention, and value delivery as Formalize scales across key markets. Based in our Aarhus office, you’ll join a growing, collaborative department of 35+ professionals who balance high performance with strong team spirit.

Partnering closely with our Customer Enablement Managers, your core focus will be to turn complex customer requirements into intuitive technical solutions on the Formalize platform. You will directly contribute to our vision of becoming Europe’s leading Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) platform, empowering organizations to navigate regulatory complexity, manage risk, and operate safely and efficiently.

What you’ll bring:

• A structured and detail-oriented mindset.
• Genuine curiosity for compliance & tech, ideally combined with ongoing studies within business, information systems, or a related discipline.
• Native-level Spanish and professional fluency in English, enabling you to communicate clearly with Spanish-speaking clients and collaborate seamlessly within an international, English-first company.
• Part-time availability, able to commit 15–20 hours per week from our Aarhus office (Frederiksgade 25).

Our recruitment process:
