At OJ Electronics, we’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Drives team and play an important role in the continued development of our Drives business with a strong focus on drive solutions for cooling and compressor applications. You’ll combine technical and commercial product responsibility with close collaboration across sales, R&D, supply chain, and customers – all with the aim of keeping our drive solutions competitive.
OJ Electronics – a Danish producer of HVAC drives, AHU controllers, and thermostats for electric floor heating – is looking for a product manager to join our Drives organization in Sønderborg, Denmark.

Your role
At OJ, you’ll help coordinate the ongoing development and support of our drive products and applications, ensuring alignment between technical development, commercial priorities, and customer needs.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Managing drive solutions for compressor and cooling applications
• Supporting completion and follow-up of drive projects
• Developing and maintaining product roadmaps and release plans
• Following up on quality issues and supporting corrective actions
• Providing second-level support for selected customers and applications
• Working closely with R&D, sales, and supply chain to ensure focus and progress
• Supporting work related to product specifications, business cases, and market analysis

Must-have qualifications

• Technical background within cooling applications, drives, power electronics, or related systems
• Commercial understanding and interest in market-driven product development
• Experience from product management, business development, or a similar role in a B2B environment
• Strong coordination and planning skills
• Experience working with product roadmaps, specifications, or release planning
• Structured and collaborative working style
• Strong communication skills in both Danish and English, written and spoken

Nice-to-have qualifications

• Experience with market and competitor analysis
• Familiarity with drives, or industrial control systems
• German language skills
• Experience working across technical and commercial functions
