About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and scientifically skilled Product Specialist - Technical Support & Documentation to lead technical support for ChemoMetec’s portfolio of analytical cell-counting instruments. In this support-centered role, you will handle technical inquiries from both customers and colleagues and act as the go-to reference for technically accurate and compliant solutions. The role combines life science, technical documentation, and QA collaboration, making it ideal for someone with a strong scientific background and a passion for structured problem-solving.

We are hiring two Product Specialists for our technical support team: one focused on documentation and one on data analysis. You will be part of the Product Management Department and work closely with QA, Field Application Scientists, and product teams to resolve customer complaints, complete technical documentation, and maintain our support infrastructure. A solid foundation in mathematics and validation methodologies, along with a strong understanding of GMP regulatory requirements, is essential to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across all instrument platforms, with a focus on structured problem-solving and documentation.
• Collaborate with QA to complete technical questionnaires and support the resolution of customer complaints.
• Maintain and organize our support database platform, ensuring technical records are accurate and accessible.
• Proofread and write technical notes, user guides, and comparison studies.
• Develop and implement procedures to support both existing and new products.
• Ensure all support activities comply with GMP and relevant quality standards.
• Act as a subject matter expert on instrumentation and scientific applications, providing technical insight to internal teams.

Your Profile

• PhD in Biology, Physics, or a related scientific discipline.
• Solid foundation in mathematics and validation methodologies, and a strong understanding of GMP regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of microscopy, analytical instrumentation, and pharmaceutical workflows.
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing technical documentation.
• Familiarity with support platforms or ticketing systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, technical environment.
