The Impact You'll Make
Join our two-year Graduate Program and become part of a team that turns ideas into real impact. From day one, you’ll take on meaningful challenges, bring your perspective to complex problems and help create smarter, more sustainable solutions for people and the planet.

How the Program Works
Starting 1 September 2027, you’ll complete three 8-month rotations, building functional expertise, strengthening your project and collaboration skills and exploring where you can contribute most. Your journey starts at our headquarters in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark and continues in regions such as the USA, Asia or Europe.

You’ll work in cross-functional teams - from office spaces to production floors -, gaining a full picture of how global business, innovation and sustainability connect at Danfoss.

After completing the program, you’ll be well prepared to take on future opportunities - potentially moving into a permanent role at Danfoss that aligns with your strengths, ambitions and career path.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of projects across functions like Engineering, Sales or Operations & Supply Chain.
  • Collaborate and implement solutions with experts, mentors and peers from all over the world.
  • Analyze problems and translate findings into practical improvements.
  • Learn fast, challenge the status quo and shape the future of Danfoss.

What We're Looking For

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or mechatronics), Supply Chain or Economics with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
  • Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Enjoy learning, exploring new ideas and improving how things work.
  • Work well across cultures and value inclusion, teamwork and respect.
  • Have experience from an internship or student project.

What You'll Get from Us

  • Learning & Mentoring: You’ll have a dedicated mentor, a buddy, project-based learning and structured workshops to understand the business.
  • Global Opportunities: Experience diverse cultures, build your international network and discover your best-fit career path.
  • Flexibility & Well-being: We support balance, trust and autonomy so you can do your best work and take care of yourself.
  • Inclusive Culture: Be part of a workplace where you can bring your whole self -your background, ideas and ambitions all matter.
  • Competitive Benefits: You’ll receive a fair, transparent compensation package including paid vacation, pension, personal insurance. Don’t worry about the move to Denmark, we offer a relocation package, accommodation support and more - details vary by country.
