Due to our rapid expansion, we are looking for a student with knowledge of Mechanical Engineering and Product Design to help the mechanical department at ICEpower with CAD, drawings, documentation, Part verification, tests, and miscellaneous tasks.

You do not need to be an expert, as we will provide training, but it is essential that you are eager and willing to learn. Furthermore, it is required that you have experience with CAD and technical drawings.

You should be available for an average of 12 hours per week with flexible working time to fit your schedule of classes and exams.

Responsibilities:

• Design 3D products in CAD (Onshape).
• Assist ongoing projects.
• Participate in the design review process.
• Calculations related to stress, heat, etc.
• Ad hoc tasks related to the mechanic department.

Qualifications:
You have finished 2nd semester of your BSc in a relevant field related to mechanical engineering or technical design. Preferably you still have two years left of your studies. To excel in this position, you can see yourself in several of the points below.

• Knowledge of CAD.
• Product design.
• Self-driven and eager to learn.
• Ability to understand complex problems and come up with solutions.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
