Job campaigns with job postings, emails, SoMe and Branding
A job posting with us is not just a job advertisement on the web. It is an overall campaign, which, depending on the package size, also includes e.g. emails to our CV profiles, exposure in our own and external SoMe channels as well as branding of your workplace. You thus have the opportunity to reach both active and passive job seekers according to your need. You might also consider our attractive loyalty point vouchers, where you get a volume discount by purchasing several job campaigns at the same time.

VIP/PREMIUM/BASIC job postings include secretarial services where we do the work for you. You simply send the job posting to us via email, either as a Word file or as a link to the posting on your own website. STANDARD/LIMITED job postings must be entered via our self-service system.

The active jobseekers regularly visit our job sites, whereas the passive jobseekers are primarily reached via Direct Mail and SoMe campaigns. High priority in search lists/job agents

Our job consultants review the job posting and ensure optimal formatting and active links, and they ensure that the job posting is categorized as best as possible in relation to our search categories such as geography, education and work area. A shared Direct Mail can be used for several related job postings, where two or more of your jobs are exposed to a selected target group. Shared Direct Mail is often used for larger campaigns with several similar job postings - e.g. Graduate campaigns. A Direct Mail is an effective tool to get in touch with the passive job seekers, among whom you will typically be able to recruit specialists for your hard-to-fill jobs. A Direct Mail focuses exclusively on your job posting - without competition from other employers.
With a prepaid loyalty point voucher, you get volume discounts on job campaigns and Direct Mails. The more points you buy at a time, the lower the point price you get. The voucher is valid for up to 15 months and can be used across the whole Move On Career network of job sites.
