Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in forging strategic alliances and partnerships to drive business growth and expansion. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record in partnership development and management.

You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, allowing you to cultivate strong relationships with potential partners and key stakeholders. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive business growth and meet company objectives.
• Identify and prospect potential partners, negotiate partnership agreements, and onboard new partners.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and mutual success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and other teams to execute partnership initiatives and maximize opportunities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to guide partnership strategies and initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand partnership opportunities and enhance brand visibility.
• Work towards achieving key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue targets, and other partnership-related objectives set by the organization.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably across the same industry.
• Proficiency in both Danish and English languages is preferred.
• Strong on negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and drive results.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
