Student Worker: BESTSELLER's E-Com VAT team

BESTSELLER’s E-com VAT team is looking for a student worker who can assist us to deliver on BESTSELLER's ambitious growth strategy. You will get the opportunity to work within VAT & Intrastat in a large international fashion company. As a member of a smaller Team, you will have an important role and get the opportunity to be deeply involved in projects and tasks which directly add value to our business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As a student worker, your focus will be on supporting the team’s daily Value Added Tax (VAT) management for specific BESTSELLER entities. You will take on a significant role in ensuring quality, timely reporting, and efficient VAT management, including VAT reconciliation, control, and reporting to the various government bodies around Europe.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:

• VAT controlling and reporting for specific legal entities within BESTSELLER, working across borders reporting to different government bodies
• Ensuring efficient VAT reporting and high data quality
• Ad hoc tasks

YOUR PROFILE
You are curious of mind, have a strong drive and are an enthusiastic team player. We expect you to be able to work independently and ready to challenge and explore new areas.
It is an advantage, but not a requirement, that you study commercial law at Bachelor or Master's level or that you have had exposure to VAT law. It is an advantage that you are good at Excel and PowerBI and can handle large amounts of data and translate it into overall conclusions, both in numbers and visually. Furthermore, you are fluent in English, written and spoken.
