The vision for Performance Marketing is to realize best-in-class Performance Marketing through early adaptation of best practices, innovative set-up for well-established channels, and experimental channel testing, with the goal of extending our brand awareness.

As an intern at Performance Marketing, you will assist with various Performance Marketing activities, mainly focused on Paid Social. In this role, you will focus on paid social media, but you could also touch upon areas such as paid search, content creation, or influencer marketing. The work will also include assisting with project management for Creatives for Performance Marketing channels. Moreover, you will conduct basic research on corresponding Performance Marketing topics, competitor monitoring, and some basic analytics tasks.

It is crucial that you have the possibility to work from our office located in the center of Copenhagen. We expect you to have good written communication skills. Fluency in Danish or English is a must, both in written and verbal form.

The internship is unpaid. But you will have a lot of benefits and discounts.

Some of your key tasks are:

• Assist Paid Social with setting up campaigns, evaluating performance, reporting, strategic planning, and creating roadmaps for the future. This is all intended to improve overall marketing performance.
• Create insights into and analyze customer behavior based on data in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Sheets, and or other third-party programs and tools. This enables us to understand how the data can provide a basis for improvements in advertising and the customer's strategy.
• Support with basic performance analysis tasks.
• Assist on project managing creatives.

It is only a plus if you have experience or understanding of digital media, analysis, and advertising (including Facebook, Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and Email Automation). However, it is not a requirement.
