About the job

As a Legal Student Assistant at Falck Legal & Compliance, you will become part of an international team where you will have the opportunity to work not only with colleagues in the Legal & Compliance department but also with commercial decision-makers in our various business units in different countries.

You will have many challenging and diverse tasks, such as drafting and reviewing agreements, company documents, and letters, conducting legal research (regarding both Danish and international matters), assisting with our company database, continuously updating Falck’s group chart, obtaining apostille and notarial deeds, and conducting information research, among others.

You will work from our headquarters in Sydhavnen, Copenhagen and the working hours will be 15-20 hours per week, typically spread over 2-3 days. We are flexible in terms of scheduling, so you will have the opportunity to arrange your hours to fit with your classes and exams.

About you You study law or business administration and commercial law (in Danish: "HA(jur.)") in minimum 2nd year of your bachelor's degree at a Danish or foreign university or business school.

You have an interest and aptitude for commercial law subjects. You are ambitious and outgoing, and you do not compromise on your professionalism. You are motivated by taking responsibility, being thorough, and seeing the matters that you are responsible for through.

As a person, you are trustworthy, have the courage to drive processes yourself, and above all, you are conscientious.

Good English skills is a given, as Falck is an international corporation, and you will regularly be in contact with English-speaking colleagues, Falck's foreign subsidiaries, and other stakeholders.

Having a keen interest in and strong proficiency for digital solutions, artificial intelligence, and process-oriented thinking would be highly advantageous.

About us

Falck Legal & Compliance consists of 16 lawyers, 6 specialists, and 5 student assistants. You will be part of an ambitious and informal team where freedom with responsibility is a cornerstone.
