Responsibilities
You will join a high-performing and collaborative team where you will have plenty of opportunities to share ideas, learn from colleagues, and grow professionally. Working closely with the team, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and internal controls across our global Finance organization.
Your responsibilites will typically include:
- Assist with the documentation, monitoring, and follow-up of internal controls.
- Support the development and implementation of financial processes and tools.
- Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of internal finance systems and workflows.
- Help ensure that Finance colleagues across our global organization have efficient and user-friendly tools to support their daily work.
About you
You are structured, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work within agreed deadlines. While prior knowledge of accounting or financial processes, as well as experience preparing presentations, would be an advantage, it is not a requirement. You may have gained relevant knowledge through your studies or previous student jobs. Most importantly, you are curious, motivated, eager to learn, and have a strong attention to detail.
To succeed in this role, you:
- Are highly proficient in IT and an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Work in a structured manner with a strong focus on quality and accuracy.
- Are a collaborative team player who contributes positively to the working environment.
- Are motivated by a steep learning curve and enjoy taking on new challenges.
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a similar field.
- Full professional proficiency in Danish and English (written and spoken) is a must.
We are looking for a Student Assistant who can work approximately 16 hours per week, typically spread across two working days. We offer flexibility during exam periods and, in return, appreciate your flexibility during busy periods, such as project deadlines or key deliverables.
