You will join Global Communications & External Relations, a passionate and highly professional team of more than 40 communication, brand and public affairs colleagues in Denmark, supported by 20+ regional colleagues around the world. The department consists of four subdepartments: Internal Communication, External Communication, Brand & Positioning and Public Affairs.

By being part of Global Communications & External Relations, you will help create space for Novonesis to grow by nurturing a strong pull in the market for biosolutions, working closely with internal partners and external stakeholders.
The role & your impact
In this Student Assistant role, you will support our communication efforts across platforms and stakeholders, helping us engage and excite employees around our purpose and strategy, while contributing to both day-to-day communication activities and selected strategic initiatives.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
- Writing and publishing articles, mainly on our internal platforms
- Conducting media and competitor research and analysis
- Supporting and developing our digital platforms, including web and social media
- Supporting planning, alignment and coordination of engagement with external stakeholders
- Proofreading and quality-checking content
- Supporting strategic initiatives
In addition, you will help cover relevant media happenings, support meeting and event planning, handle ad hoc administrative tasks, and contribute where needed to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery across the department.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Educational background in Social Sciences or Business, ideally at the end of your BSc or just starting your MSc
- Ability to commit to 15–20 flexible hours per week
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Strong user of Microsoft Office
- Experience with CMS systems, such as SharePoint
- A structured and organized way of working, combined with curiosity and eagerness to learn

Working conditions
