This is a hands-on role at the heart of a major organizational and digital transformation program. • Coordinate and track activities across active change management initiatives within the IT transformation program
  • Prepare materials for IT leadership meetings, flagship events such as Cyber Security Week, and town halls
  • Manage and maintain digital communication channels for the IT organization including the intranet, mailing lists, and relevant internal social media
  • Contribute to engagement activities including workshops, campaigns, and staff communications
  • Support administrative tasks related to communications and information management, including handling of confidential content
  • Assist with scheduling, follow-up, and documentation for the Head of IT Transformation as needed

What you bring
Experience and qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Communications, Media Studies, Business, IT Management, or a related field, with at least two years of studies remaining
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular PowerPoint; experience with intranet or content management tools is a plus
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken (corporate language is English)
  • Availability of approximately 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exams and academic commitments
  • Ability to work on-site at our Lynge office (Copenhagen Region); please factor in commute when applying

Personal competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong eye for tone and clarity
  • Genuine interest in IT and digital topics, with the ability to understand and explain technical subjects in clear, accessible language for a non-technical audience
  • High level of discretion and professional maturity when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
  • Proactive, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-moving environment

Recruitment and start date
We aim to conduct interviews during June, with a preferred start date of 1 August 2026, though mid-August or 1 September can also be accommodated for the right candidate. The process will consist of two interview rounds. We review applications on an ongoing basis, so please apply early.
