Student Worker with Strong Interest in Business Processes and Project Management

Do you have a positive mindset and enjoy bringing structure and creating order? We are looking for a candidate with a can-do attitude who can support our experienced project managers and process consultants with daily tasks.
You will gain insight into a wide range of ongoing initiatives across the business. You should be available to work at least one day per week at our office in Copenhagen during normal working hours (8:00–16:00), with the remaining time being flexible and virtual.
Do you have strong English skills and an interest in gaining experience while working with an innovative and ambitious team in a large, international organization?
You will play an important role in:
- Assisting our project managers with planning and facilitating workshops
- Updating existing process flowcharts in line with standard templates
- Creating new process flowcharts based on workshop materials
- Developing and maintaining “how-to” guides and work instructions
- Supporting various project management activities, including planning, workshops, documentation, meetings, presentation materials, and other ad hoc tasks related to projects
- Supporting the implementation of initiatives by creating intuitive video training and learning flows using the Office 365 suite
- Providing graphical illustration support using the Adobe suite
We imagine that you:
- Are a 1st-year Master’s student within IT, production, commercial, supply chain, or business
- Have a positive impact on others and are curious about how things are done in the best way
- Have an interest in learning more about strategy execution, project management, and process management principles, tools, and methods
- Have strong English skills, both written and spoken
- Are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- Have experience with process mapping software (considered an advantage)
- Have previous work experience in a related field (considered an advantage)
- Have a natural interest in commercial processes, the link between IT and business, and driving new initiatives in an international organization
- Are able to work an average of 15-20 hours per week

You will be part of the department responsible for Strategy, Project management office (PMO) and Processes in Primeserv Denmark. The objective is to support the aftersales business in growth initiatives through our strategy by executing projects and anchoring it in our processes. This often includes management of projects with the ultimate aim to be more reactive to change, streamlined and efficient in our day-to-day business processes. The department functions as an internal consultancy and initiatives can vary in length and intensity.
