A glimpse into the role
As a Student Assistant in our Transformation Office, you will support high-impact initiatives across the organization and work closely with senior leadership on strategic projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting cross-functional transformation initiatives across areas such as customer satisfaction, finance, leadership development, organizational transformation, and strategic business projects
• Creating presentations, management materials, decision-making documents, and project plans
• Coordinating actions, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication across multiple initiatives
• Bringing structure to complex projects and helping ensure alignment and execution across teams
• Supporting leadership with meeting preparation, action tracking, and project governance
• Assisting in scaling and maintaining operating rhythms, reporting structures, and follow-up processes

Over time, you will build business understanding and context that will allow you to take increasing ownership of projects, meetings, and stakeholder interactions.

As our new Student Assistant, we are looking for a self-driven and business-minded individual who enjoys turning complexity into clarity and helping organizations execute successfully.

We also imagine that you:

• Are in the final phase of a degree within Business Administration, Strategy, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
• Are pursuing a Master's degree or are a high-performing Bachelor's student with relevant experience
• Have strong PowerPoint skills and are comfortable working with Excel
• Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing
• Are organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Have strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Are interested in strategy execution, transformation, project management, and organizational development
• Can commit to the role for a longer period, ideally through 2027

The workload is expected to be approximately 20–30 hours per week during the initial phase, with flexibility to scale up or down depending on business needs and your study schedule.
