About the Role & Team
We are seeking a Compliance Product Enablement (Student Assistant) to join our Product Enablement team at our Aarhus office. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately translating legal and marketing materials from English into German, ensuring clarity, consistency, and legal precision, as well as supporting the team with other ad hoc tasks as required.
You’ll become part of an international, cross-office team and work closely with multiple internal departments. You will be supported through a mentor–mentee relationship with a senior compliance expert in the market you will be working with. The team values accountability, trust, and collaboration. You will report to the Head of Product Enablement and work on a day-to-day basis with the Product Enablement Operations Coordinator.
What you will do
- Ensure that our software complies with relevant laws and regulations
- Translate legal documents and compliance-related content
- Translate marketing materials which also contain compliance-related content.
- Assist in developing and maintaining compliance blueprints
What you bring
- Preferably pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree within the legal, communication, or business field
- Excellent writing and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Native in German and professional fluency in English
- Able to work at our office in Aarhus
- Able to work a minimum of 15 hours a week
Practicalities
- Salary: This role starts at DKK 155/hour and can grow up to DKK 195/hour as you develop.
- Office location: Kannikegade 4, 8000 Aarhus
