Student Assistant - End-User Services

H. Lundbeck A/S

Student Assistant for End-User Services - Employee Experience & IT Service Design
Are you curious about how technology, people, and services come together to create great workplace experiences? Do you enjoy uncovering insights and turning findings into meaningful improvements? You could be our next Student Assistant in End-User Services at Lundbeck.

Your new role
As a Student Assistant in End-User Services, you will help us better understand how Lundbeck employees experience our digital workplace, IT services, and support offerings. You will support service improvement activities, helping us identify pain points, opportunities, and initiatives that enhance the IT services.

At the same time, you will gain hands-on experience with the daily operations of a global IT organization by supporting coordination, planning, and execution of operational activities across End-User Services and Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting qualitative and quantitative study activities, including interviews, surveys, observations, and data analysis
  • Helping map employee journeys across IT touchpoints to identify trends, pain points, and service optimization opportunities
  • Translating complex insights into clear presentations, visualizations, and recommendations
  • Assisting with planning, coordination, meetings, workshops, and events
  • Supporting day-to-day operational activities, communications, and administrative coordination within the IT organization

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of Digital Workplace Services and IT Operations in a global pharmaceutical company.

Your future team
End-User Services is part of Enterprise Operations & Infrastructure within Enterprise Digital Enablement (EDE). We are responsible for delivering and continuously improving the services that enable Lundbeck employees to work effectively every day.

Our team supports a broad range of employee-facing services, including digital workplace support, meeting and event technology, workplace services, device lifecycle management, and employee enablement. We work closely with colleagues across Denmark and the United States and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the business.

You will join a team of colleagues who are passionate about delivering great employee work experiences. Our culture is built on curiosity, collaboration, and a pragmatic approach to solving problems.

The position is based in Valby, Denmark.

What you bring to the team
You are currently pursuing (or already studying) a relevant university degree, such as Service Design, Anthropology, Sociology, UX Research, or a similar field.

We imagine that you:

  • Have an interest in understanding people, services, technology, and organizational processes
  • Are structured and comfortable coordinating activities, meetings, and stakeholders
  • Can communicate findings through presentations, visual storytelling, and written communication
  • Have experience working with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools such as Teams

As a person, you are curious, analytical, proactive, and collaborative. We are more interested in your curiosity and mindset than your exact educational background.

Our promise to you
Lundbeck offers an inspiring workplace and innovative culture, where our curiosity, accountability and adaptability enable us to transform lives. We want to go faster and further on addressing the big unmet needs of people living with brain disorders.
