Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join the Decoration Development team who are responsible for bringing the received design intent into manufacturable graphics for new LEGO® Bricks. The team works in a high pace environment in a growing area within the LEGO Group.
Core Responsibilities
Your role will be to support the process by updating folders and data, document processes, guidelines and procedures.
It is important that you like to work with details and structured processing of data, and thrives in administrative repetitive tasks. You are curious to understand processes end-to-end and have a natural flair for data and documentation of processes and guidelines.
Over time, we would love you to set your footmark on our daily processes and ways of working, by bringing in and supporting implementation of new continuous improvement ideas for the administrative process
Depending on educational background, this could also be in scope: Support developing new Teams or Sharepoint boards, PowerBI reports or other data optimization initiatives.
Do you have what it takes?
Besides being ambitious and eager to learn, you are helpful and known as a team player, who can collaborate with colleagues from around the world. Your background:
- You can work 10-15 hours per week Monday-Friday, physically present at our office in Billund.
- You like to work with details, crushing administrative repetitive tasks with high quality
- You work with a structured approach, and have an end-to-end process mindset.
- You have an interest in working with Data processing, MS Offices 356 environment (Power App, Power Automate, Power BI) and optimization.
- You are pursuing a mid-/long term education in a relevant field like Data Analysts, Business Analysts or Operations Analyst or other relevant studies at a Danish University.
- You speak and write English.

The position is based in Billund where you will join a graphics technical team of 16 colleagues. You will have a large degree of flexibility in relation to which weekdays fit best with your schedule, and you will get support from your colleagues when learning all you need to use the systems and how to perform your daily tasks. You can expect 10-15 hours per week with the flexibility needed around exams.
