As our new Student Assistant you'll join the Talent Acquisition team, working to help us find and hire the people who build Lunar every day. Working side by side with Enrica and Sofia, you will get the full view on how to run end-to-end recruitment in a fast-moving bank in a scale-up environment. This is a 6-month contract, and we're looking to get someone started as soon as possible.

What will you do?

• Screen applications and help identify strong candidates for open roles
• Support sourcing activities on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Coordinate interviews and keep candidates informed throughout the process
• Keep candidate data and job postings accurate and current in our applicant tracking system

What are we looking for in you?

• Currently enrolled in a Master's program, ideally within Business, IT, HR, Communication, Marketing, or a related field
• Some experience with HR or recruitment, whether through a role, project, or coursework — this helps you get up to speed faster
• Service-minded, with the confidence to reach out to hiring managers and keep them engaged throughout a process
• Structured, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of your own tasks
• Comfortable working with digital tools (Google Workspace, LinkedIn), with practical experience using AI tools like Claude to automate tasks and streamline workflows
