We’re looking for a curious and structured colleague to join us as a Quality & Compliance Intern and support our work with quality, product safety, certifications, and compliance across Moonboon.
This is an unpaid internship and a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in an area that touches many parts of our business. You’ll work closely with different teams and get an insight into how we ensure that our products, processes, and documentation meet regulatory requirements, relevant certification standards, and Moonboon’s own high quality standards.
What you’ll be working with
- Supporting and maintaining our quality and compliance documentation.
- Helping keep procedures, work instructions, and other documentation accurate and up to date.
- Supporting work related to product safety, applicable legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting our work with product certifications and certification requirements, including maintaining an overview of relevant certificates and ensuring documentation is up to date.
- Helping prepare documentation and information for certification processes and audits.
- Following up on quality issues and helping coordinate corrective actions.
- Supporting internal and external audits.
- Working with Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Care on quality-related topics.
- Helping identify opportunities to improve our processes and ways of working.
- Supporting the continued development of our Quality Management System.

Student Assistant – Design & Production Reports to: Creative Director
Working hours: 15 hours per week
Purpose of the Role
As a Design & Production Student Assistant, you will support the Design & Production function with maintaining product data, technical documentation, and coordinating product-related tasks.
The position reports to the Creative Director and involves close collaboration with the Operations & Production team, as well as relevant internal and external stakeholders.
The role contributes to ensuring a high level of quality, structure, and progress across the company’s product data and documentation, while supporting the team with both administrative and technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Product
· Updating and maintaining technical drawings.
· Coordinating and following up on logo, label, and artwork approvals in external databases.
· Coordinating between internal stakeholders, suppliers, and other external partners.
Product Data & Systems
· Maintaining and updating product data across relevant systems.
· Updating and maintaining stylesheets and PDM.
· Ensuring that product data is accurate, up to date, and well structured.
Product Documentation & Certifications
· Following up with suppliers regarding missing documentation.
· Collecting and coordinating certifications, scopes, test reports, and other relevant product documentation.
· Structuring and maintaining product documentation, including GOTS and OCS logo applications.
Digital Product Passport (DPP)
· Assisting with the work related to the Digital Product Passport (DPP) and upcoming requirements for product data and documentation.
· Supporting the collection, structuring, and maintenance of the required product information.
Responsibilities
The Student Assistant is expected to take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure continuous follow-up and progress. The role involves a high degree of coordination, organisation, and follow-up across internal teams and external suppliers. Tasks and responsibilities will be prioritised in dialogue with, and under the direction of, the Creative Director. The role may evolve over time in line with the employee’s skills and the company’s needs.
Working Hours
This is a part-time position of 15 hours per week. Working hours will be planned in dialogue with the Creative Director, taking into consideration both the employee’s studies and the needs of the company.

Graphic Design Intern THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a passionate graphic design intern to join our Product Development team in Copenhagen. As a graphic design intern, you will work closely with our Art Director and the rest of the product team to strengthen the Moonboon brand through visual content, packaging and print.This is a unique opportunity to gain firsthand experience in a fast-growing company and build practical skills across a wide range of design disciplines. Your work will have a direct impact on how our products are experienced — from packaging and in-store presentation to printed sales materials and instructional videos.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting in making packaging (from creating mock-ups and prototypes to actual production).
- Supporting the creation of sales catalogues and other printed assets.
- Helping create and edit video content, like our instructional video guides.
- Contributing to photo content creation: lifestyle, packshots, and product imagery.
The position can be shaped around your strengths as a designer and the skills you want to develop further.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE
- Someone with a positive attitude and a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- A student of graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in photography, video editing, or animation is a plus.
- A detail-oriented mindset with an eye for aesthetics and consistency.
- Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and contributing ideas.
