About Guest&Stay
Guest&Stay is a booking and marketing platform built for hosts offerring short-term rentals: B&Bs, vacation apartments, guesthouses, farm stays and nature stays. We give hosts the tools to earn more from their rooms: their own website, booking engine, third-party integrations and guest communication. That way they can attract more guests directly and rely less on commission-based platforms. We have launched in Denmark and are expanding across Europe.

We are looking for bachelor and master students who want to drive business-critical areas: sales, marketing, operations, business and product development, or strategy. You will work closely with the team and have a dedicated mentor throughout. Once you understand our business, our product and the industry, we agree on the areas that match your interests for most of the internship.

• You're interested in business, sales, marketing, communication or project management, and want to be part of a fast-growing startup
• You speak English fluently plus Danish, German or another European language
• You like taking on responsibility and work in a structured way
• You are curious, driven and not shy about asking questions
• You are motivated by ambitious goals and a team with high drive
• You want to work with a team that has built and sold a company before

If you are writing your bachelor's or master's thesis, we are happy to support you with that too.

What could you end up doing?

• Market research: Map out potential customers in selected markets
• Sales: Run your own outreach to prospects, or support our existing sales efforts
• Marketing: Build customer websites, internal sales materials and campaigns
• Business development: Explore new avenues for Guest&Stay to grow
• Competitor insights: Use your research skills to help us understand the competitive landscape
• Leadership: For the right candidate, take on a country or region manager role and lead a small team of interns together with us

The team behind

Founded in Denmark, we are an ambitious team on a mission to build the best all-in-one platform for rental hosts and boutique hotels. In our conversations with hosts, we keep seeing how much they depend on large booking platforms and how few have a strong website of their own. We want to change that. Our team has built and sold a company before, and this time we want to go all the way.

Practical information

Duration: 3–6 months. Min. 20 hours per week.

Start date: Flexible – whenever it works for you.

Who can apply? Bachelor and master students.

What happens after the internship? Our aim is to offer strong interns a full-time or part-time position afterwards. That is why we invest time and resources in our internship programme.

Internship and your studies: Your studies always come first. The internship is done as part of your studies, e.g. as a credited internship or alongside your thesis.

Payment: Unpaid. In return, you get real responsibility, a dedicated mentor and hands-on experience from a fast-growing tech startup.

Where? Remote, with team gatherings in Denmark a few times per year. We plan to set up hubs in major European cities during 2027.
