We are looking for:

• A Business Services & Global Recruitment Intern
• A Global C&B operation, HR Processes & People & Org. Analytics Intern

As an intern at DESMI, you will get hands-on experience in key HR functions and work closely with a small, supportive, and collaborative team that values professionalism and teamwork. Based at our headquarters in Nørresundby, Denmark, you will collaborate with colleagues across our global organisation and contribute to projects that make a difference.

A glimpse into the roles:
Business Services and Global Recruitment Intern:
In this role, you will gain experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee services. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of tasks, interact with colleagues across the organisation, and learn how HR supports employees throughout their time at DESMI.

What you will do:

• Recruitment Services:
  • Support recruitment activities (Posting job ads, making contracts, etc.).
  • Provide administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle (Hire-to-Retire)
  • Assist with front desk activities, such as helping employees and other guests with their enquiries.
  • Assist with handling and responding to incoming requests in person, by phone or through our shared HR mailbox
  • Coordinate employee anniversaries and other special occasions
  • Support HR communication through DESMI’s internal communication platform
  • Help with diverse ad-hoc HR related operational support
• Global Recruitment Support:
  • Assist in providing guidance on job ads across DESMI entities.
  • Support external job branding, including selecting candidate sourcing channels

Global C&B operations, HR Processes and People & Org. Analytics Intern:
In this role, you will gain insight into global HR processes, compensation and benefits (C&B), HR data, and analytics. You will work with systems and contribute to digitalisation initiatives.

What you will do:

• C&B operations, HR Processes and People & Org. Analytics
  • Support our Specialist in the implementation of “Global HR Processes and ONE DESMI People&Org Masterdata (part of DESMI ERP implementation)”
  • Assist in the planning and execution of the annual employee engagement survey
  • Support diverse ad-hoc P&O Data tasks and needed People & Org. Analytics material
  • Contribute to the implementation of smaller digitalization projects – including digitalized Exit Surveys, Quality of Hire Surveys, etc.
  • Help with structuring, maintaining and developing HR data globally
• Possible HRBP operational efforts
  • Help our HRBPs on administrative/operational HRBP related tasks – e.g., support in job definitions and support in possible team-development
  • Help our HRBPs with administrative/operational tasks on On-and offboarding according to HR politics

What we expect from you:
You are studying business, administration, communications, or another relevant field and have a passion for Human Resources. You feel comfortable communicating in English and are motivated to learn and develop new skills. We value curiosity, creativity, and a can-do attitude, as well as the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Previous HR experience is a bonus but not required - what matters most is your drive, potential, and eagerness to learn.
