Postdoc in Spatial Evolutionary Microbiology at Globe Institute
Københavns Universitet
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic postdoc for a 2-year position on generation and analysis of spatial gut microbiome data from vertebrate intestines to commence on February 1st, 2026. Our research
The AlberdiLab is a dynamic, interdisciplinary research group dedicated to understanding the eco-evolutionary relationships between gut microorganisms and their hosts. Driven by a strong collaborative spirit, we strive to develop innovative technologies for generating and analysing high-quality molecular data. We apply these tools to address fundamental questions about host–microbiota interactions and to translate this knowledge into practical applications in agriculture and biodiversity conservation.
