Student Data Analyst

ICEpower is a fast-growing company, making world class solutions for the audio industry.

Due to our rapid expansion we are searching for a structured and detail-oriented student assistant to take part in tasks associated with our product lifecycle management system (PLM). The PLM system is directly related to our production sites so the quality of your work will have a large real-world impact. You do not need to have knowledge about PLM as we will provide training in our systems, but it is important that you are eager and willing to learn.

You should be available for an average of 12 hours per week with flexible working time to fit with your schedule of classes and exams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain KPI’s for operational management tasks.
• Stakeholder management across R&D, sales, and operations departments.
• Optimize and standardize master data from our production facilities.
• Analyze and visualize large datasets in Excel and Power Point.
• Generate documentation and guides.
• Maintain data within our PLM system.
• Tackle ad hoc tasks as they arise.

Qualifications:

You have finished 2nd semester of your BSc at DTU, CBS, ITU or KU. To excel in this position, you must be structured and detail oriented and should identify with several of the points below:

• Ability to understand complex problems and come up with solutions.
• Self-driven with a hunger for knowledge.
• Advanced in Excel: Utilize VBA, Power Query, and advanced formulas extensively.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Service minded with interest in helping others.
