Student Assistant, Commercial Planning

The Commercial Planning Team consists of +30 analytical professionals supporting the business globally across merchandise planning, S&O planning, range building, forecast & ordering, trade analysis, pricing and more in a professional, informal, and international environment.

This is the job

As a student assistant in the Commercial Planning Team, you will assist the team on increasing efficiency by completing standard operating procedures and provide backup support to the planners in operational tasks, especially on larger projects and during peak seasons.

Further, your main tasks will be within the following areas:

• Support in running the pre-allocation on new product introductions and final allocation on actual item arrivals.
• Support in executing replenishment tactics on both core and campaign items.
• Support in masterdata maintenance and controlling.
• Support in fulfilling market-related requests or ad hoc tasks from Planning and other departments (e.g., Product, Marketing, Procurement).

This is you

We imagine you to be well underway with your studies, either as a Bachelor or Master student in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering with focus on Supply Chain Management or any other relevant degree program.

In addition, we expect you to have strong numerical and analytical skills and be an advanced Excel user, as well as a good communicator.

As a person, you like to be a part of a dynamic and fast-changing work environment. You work independently, are solution-oriented, and you have a structured and service-minded approach. In addition, you find it easy to collaborate with people across the entire organization.
