Student Assistant, Marketing Collaborations City: Copenhagen V Country/Region: DK Application Deadline: June 24th As Student Assistant working within Pandora Global Business Unit, you will have multiple tasks where analytical skills, a creative and commercial mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally will be key to success. Your areas of responsibilities
As Student Assistant, you will support the Global Moments GBU team in delivering the growth ambitions for our collections with a strong focus on developing the strategy for our collections, campaign development and global execution, driven by consumer insights, commercial data and in line with our overall strategy and roadmap. You will be a natural part of the team to deliver on the Collaborations team objectives in short-, medium- and long-term horizons. Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Prepare project presentations for key strategic meetings with top management
  • Assisting with 360 campaign delivery from brief to execution
  • Monitor competitive activities and total brand performance tracking to influence future campaign and activation development
  • Assist in driving the work in the global cross functional team
  • Manage overview of the assortment and assist in collection strategy activities
  • Contribute to prepare consumer research
  • Manage various on-going and ad hoc tasks in the GBU Collaborations internal team

A structured approach with an analytical mindset
Are you a versatile and adaptive team-player, with a positive attitude and a detail-oriented approach to your tasks? Then you might be just the person we are looking for. You enjoy being part of a fast-paced environment, and you are able to multi-task efficiently. You have an analytical mindset, but also like to be creative and open-minded. Additionally, we hope that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Pursuit of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar – with at least one year left in your studies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong Power Point skills
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and an interest in commercial analysis and working with consumer insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and structured approach with high attention to detail
  • Genuine interest in jewellery and retail, and a natural flare for culture and trends would be beneficial
  • Genuine interest and knowledge across large entertainment brands i.e Disney, Warner Brothers, Netflix

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
