Joining us in the Change & Adaption team, you will become a part of a team consisting of 5 enthusiastic and skilled Change Management specialists operating both locally and globally.

With our new ways of working program, we are looking to digitize existing processes, optimize the way we run projects and increase the degree of automation.

These are all major change initiatives, and we therefore see an increased need for making Change & Adaption a core competence in ROCKWOOL, focusing on the people side to ensure a higher value-creation.

This is your role
As a part of a dedicated Change & Adaption team, you will further develop, build, and implement a new global and harmonized change & adaption framework and toolbox. This framework is specifically designed to improve the people side of implementation in ROCKWOOL.

You will use your expertise to create compelling visual communication and training material, and participate in facilitation of presentations and workshops. You will also get the possibility to work internationally with the local change masters appointed to the projects, supporting them in preparing and managing the change.

Your tasks will include:

• Video production (recording and editing): Communication videos, instructional videos etc.
• Creation of visual presentations, slide decks, infographics, flyers etc.
• Participating in developing e-learning courses
• Creation of written content for our SharePoint site, newsletters etc.
• Leveraging SoMe (LinkedIn) and internal communication channels to build organizational awareness of Change & Adaption

We are looking for the following skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including willingness to “take the stage” and present/facilitate events and workshops.
• Highly competent in producing multimedia content, video- and audio productions.
• Skills in creating compelling visual communication materials
• Good understanding of strategic communication: Adapting content to target groups, key messages, use of communication channels etc.
• Fluent communication skills in English
