Job Description
Are you looking for an exciting hands-on Project Manager learning opportunity, focused on supporting the PM department via project related data – assisting among other tasks on keeping the PM department data quality and reporting data up to scratch? If you are an ambitious and high-performing student looking for an opportunity to challenge yourself in a dynamic work setting, then join us as an intern in our project management department. Here you will get an opportunity to work with experienced colleagues from many different nationalities.

Your role will be

As intern in Project Management you will gain insight in project management related activities and will specifically carry out the following activities after receiving appropriate training and collaborative guidance:

  • Assist by maintaining our Power BI workspace
  • Maintain our information site (sharepoint)
  • Process our monthly KPI reporting activities
  • Assist the project department with ad hoc project activities – focusing on data.
  • Overall planning/delegation of student activities
  • Person in Plant (Pip) planning of specific customer visits
  • Customer PiP escorting to observe manufacturing activities in our production facility
  • Support the Project Managers with admin work e.g.
  • Pull documents from the project Master Control and upload to customers
  • Carry out shipping activities incl. Deviations for shipping in quarantine
  • Stability (follow up on stability protocols and reports to be provided to customers)
  • Upload/update Project Milestones

Who are we looking for:

You are studying for you Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, International Business or other relevant project management fields and also have data and reporting as a field of interest.

You are diplomatic, trustful and driven by the opportunity to provide first class support. You have a positive can-do attitude, as you will have to juggle the various demands of a fast-paced and versatile business environment. It is expected you are you will be working 37 hours per week with the possibility of variation.

We expect you to be:

  • Service oriented – want to provide the best experience to our customers
  • Flexible, solution oriented approach
  • Are self-driven and with an ability to adapt to change quickly and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Interest in different IT applications, power apps, Microsoft Suite etc.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Structured
  • Professional appearance and can-do attitude. Positive demeanor.

Practicalities

  • This is a paid Internship
  • Internship period: 6 months
  • Working hours: 37 hours per week with the possibility of variation.
