Student assistant: Controller – public transport – green transition
We are looking for a talented colleague to join our finance team and contribute to our daily work and at the same time try out theories from your studies in real life.

With reference to the Head of Controlling and Performance, you will work closely with your team colleagues and together with them support the area managers and executive management.

In Denmark, our 450 busses cover most of Denmark, and we also operate the light railway trains in Aarhus and Odense.

We are currently adapting our business to a “greener future” which causes changes to the entire organization. For the controlling area, we are of course focused on adapting our analyses and reporting to these changes – and you will be part of this work.

You will be based at our Danish HQ in Glostrup together with our other admin and staff functions. This location is also the base of one of our local bus depots which causes quite some operational activity on the premises, and you will quickly get an impression of “our world”.

At HQ, we support the rest of the organization located all over Denmark, and we also serve as the link between the Danish organization and the mother company in France.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of operational reports and internal analyses
• Follow up on internal performance KPI and financial KPIs
• Environmental reporting and development of internal CSR reports as well as preparation for external requirements
• Preparation of PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings
• Other ad hoc works

You will work closely with the area managers and executive management, and tasks will develop depending on your profile. You must be fluent in English, both verbal and written since this is the team language. At the office, we mostly speak Danish.

Furthermore, you possess the following qualifications:

• You are studying finance or business administration or similar
• Excellent analytical skills and critical thinking
• Interested in financial reporting / business controlling
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• The ability and drive to work independently
• Knowledge and interest in sustainability is a plus
• Advanced IT skillset including Excel and PowerPoint. Power BI would be a plus
• Fluent in English and Danish, both verbal and written
