Are you ready to kickstart your career within sustainability, environmental and occupational health and safety area?

We are looking for an ambitious student assitant to apply knowledge and skills in real -life environment, in a large multicultural company that has a strong commitment to delivering the highest standard of service.

As a student assistant in our Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) department you will be a part of dynamic team helping to support organisation on variety of tasks.

Your assignments will focus on supporting EHS team on both routine and ad-hoc tasks, covering data analysis, communication, organising and maintaining reporting systems.

Your tasks will be but not limited to:

  • Perform analysis of EHS related data
  • Prepare data reports on various EHS topics for the department and Copenhagen site
  • Support roll-out of safety campaigns in AGC Copenhagen both on the department and site level
  • Support maintaining the chemical safety data system and incident reporting system
  • Ensure our share point has updated content
  • Participate in organizational tasks and communication within Health and Safety Organisation
  • Engage in tasks related to ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 50001 Management systems

We offer flexible working hours but expect that you can work 2-3 days per week around 10-20 hours., and we will of course accommodate your study schedule during exams.

What would we love to see from you?

  • You are eager to learn EHS aspects handled by a big industrial company
  • You have an analytical and structured set of mind
  • You are highly skilled in Excel and proficient in MS Office
  • You have an interest in learning computer programs for reporting and sustaining chemical safety data
  • You are proactive and ambitions
  • You are a team player and have good communication skills
  • You have relevant study field either at Bachelor or Master level within chemical engineering, biology or other science line.
