Student Assistant for Global Technology Services

FUJIFILM Diosynth Biotechnologies is undergoing rapid development, our company is expanding at high speed, and this is just the beginning. It is therefore important that we continuously optimize our processes and quality, to ensure that we can keep up with this development. We are looking for people who share our passion, drive, and energy to be part of our Global Technology Services organization.

As part of our organization, the new student assistant will deal with various tasks and assignments. Your main objective will be to help drive cross-functional efforts in ensuring seamless and coherent execution of some our key processes across our capacity expansion projects. This will require a will in increasing simplicity, reducing non-value-creating activities, and encouraging innovative thinking across the involved functions.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities could include:

• Optimize support- and data processes.
• Plan and facilitate workshops
• Executing improvement projects
• Supporting with problem solving and kaizen
• Boosting a cost-conscious initiative across the capacity expansion projects.
• Participating in development and follow-up of strategy

Through the above tasks, you will contribute to the continued success of our CAPEX projects. You also get to do it as part of a great and ambitious team that supports and help each other.

Expectations:
It is expected that you are currently attending a relevant higher education in Denmark and have achieved good results. In addition, you must be able to analyze various types of data and draw concrete and relevant conclusions from them. In addition, we emphasize that you show commitment, drive, and have good communication skills. We are an international company, and it is therefore an expectation that you have good written skills in English.

As a person, you are committed and thrive in a busy work environment, you are responsible, organized, and able to work independently. We do not expect you to know everything in advance, but we do expect you to be ready to learn and to contribute with the knowledge you bring.
