In Securities & FX Operations we are responsible for the trade flow after execution of securities and FX. We are split in 4 subunits: Trade Support, Settlement, Corporate Actions and Reconciliation. It is the Trade Support team, having for main responsibility to support Trading and Investment, that you will join. We see a continuous increase of complexity within the post-trade activity space as well as an increase of volume of transaction over the next years. Therefore we seek to continue our work by using data to optimize and automate processes to ensure scalability.

What you will be doing:

• Support the teams with the daily operational tasks
• On a daily basis interact with both internal- and external business units
• You will take active part in developing efficient and scalable processes
• Administrative support to management

Securities & FX Operations is part of Back Office and is a central part of the Asset Management value chain. Back Office consists of five different departments and app. 50 people located in Copenhagen and Lisbon.

Your experience and background:

• You are enrolled for a higher education, perhaps with focus on finance, IT, fintech, data (University, Business School etc.)
• You have a positive and self-guided approach to learning and acquiring new skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English is a prerequisite.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as PowerBI will be viewed favourably (but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with coding (SQL, Phyton), data handling and analysis would also be considered a plus (but not mandatory)
