Talent Specialist (Graduate Programme Responsible)

Do you want to work across multiple departments, supporting the business in developing the competencies required for the future?
Responsible for all things ECCO Graduate Programme, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of the Graduate Programme annual cycle, including recruitment and employer branding, rotations, learning hubs and people review sessions. To do this, you will work cross-functionally with a wide variety of global stakeholders, including local People & Culture units, senior leaders and line managers.
Your responsibilities: kick starting the career of young talent
As the main responsible for ECCO’s Graduate Programme, you will ensure the success of all aspects of the programme. You will operate as a sparring partner for the global organisation when hosting rotations for Graduates, mentors, as well as for the Graduates on their continuous development in the early stages of their career.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Facilitating the annual cycle of the Graduate Programme, including coordination, planning and communication of rotations, learning hubs and people review sessions to Graduates, Mentors and hosting line managers
- Acting as a sparring partner for Graduates, mentors and hosting line managers; collecting feedback on performance, feeding into continuous development and career path planning
- Leading the annual recruitment cycle; working with mentors and P&C Business Partners on conducting interviews and assessment days; ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and coordinating onboarding
- Coordinating employer branding initiatives, targeted at the ECCO Graduate programme, whilst also strengthening the ECCO employer brand; acting as an outstanding ECCO-representative at Denmark-based and virtual career fairs
- Fine-tuning the programme concept to the organisation based on competencies required in the future and feedback from the business
- Ensuring ECCO Graduate budget is refined and on-target and ensure payroll is executed monthly
- Evaluating internal need for student workers and interns, setting up clear processes; promote early career opportunities both internally and externally; support DK departments with recruitment of student workers and interns, as required
Who we’re hoping to find – is this you?
This is an ideal position for a candidate with 2 - 4 years experience in a global organisation (any department) or from within a People & Culture department.
Academic and experience is less important than demonstrating the following:
- Proactivity, customer-centricity and strong drive for results
- Being able to navigate your way around the business
- Managing and working with stakeholders at all seniority levels and not afraid to back-down from a discussion
- Being able to oversee the bigger picture whilst also having significant attention to detail, with strong planning and organisation skills
- Being able to prioritize and adapt to change in a fast-moving environment, quickly coming up with plan B and C
