HR Student Assistant

We are now seeking for a HR Student Assistant, who will be joining our HR team consisting of seven colleagues in Denmark and three abroad. We are working widely with the HR palet and offer you an opportunity to gain insight and hands-on experience in the field of Human Ressources.

Your role
You will play a crucial role in supporting the team with various administrative tasks and projects. You will participate in the administration and oversight of various HR activities, which can include:

• Provide administrative support for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Administrate and maintain employee data in our HRM system
• Provide administrative support for recruitment, such as writing and posting job ads
• Obtain and maintain employee certificates
• Help organize and coordinate HR events and activities throughout the organization
• Support HR team with special projects and initiatives
• Otherwise assist the team in the weekly tasks and ad-hoc assignments

The role is 10 to 15 hours a week, and within flexible office hours. We expect you to be working at least one day a week from our office in Hobro, where the Danish team is located.

Your profile
You are currently enrolled on a relevant education, preferably at the end of your bachelor’s or at the start of you master’s degree, and you are interested in getting experience with organizational culture and human resources. As a colleague you are a team player that enjoys working in collaboration with others as well as going on with your own assignments.

Furthermore, you..:

• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Have good organizational and administrative skills
• Are proactive with a can-do attitude
• Are responsible and able to handle confidential or sensitive information
• Are proficient in both Danish and English, since we handle internal and external information in both languages.
