About you:
You are likely studying journalism, communications, or a related field and are eager to gain more industry experience. You have a deep understanding of the Danish news media landscape and stay updated on the latest industry trends. You are outgoing and structured and have no problem calling Danish media to obtain consent, or helping customers via phone and email. Additionally, you are interested in gaining insights into how Denmark’s largest companies and organisations communicate. You speak and write fluent Danish and English.
About the job:
We are looking for a News Media Researcher & Customer Success Coordinator to join our team and assist our clients in gaining access to the most important media outlets, journalists, and influencers in Denmark. You will be responsible for researching the Danish media landscape, identifying relevant media outlets, journalists, and influencers, and reaching out to obtain consent to use their contact information.
In addition, you will have direct contact with our customers, supporting them via phone and email as well as coordinating tasks between customer support and other teams: development, digital design and research. Your job would also include contributing to content on our website, and newsletters.

VOCAST is a software platform designed to simplify press and communication work for PR agencies, companies, municipalities, and fashion and interior brands. We believe that targeted communication leads to the best publicity. Part of that platform is a network of journalists, media outlets and journalists that our Research team curates. You will be part of an international team located on Gothersgade in Copenhagen. Our clients within newsmedia include various PR agencies, companies, and municipalities, such as Odense Municipality, Messecenter Herning, Roskilde Festival and REMA 1000. We offer a flexible work life, allowing you to organise your own work frame of around 20 hours a week so that it fits according to your schedule. Salaries are like student positions while taking your experience into account.
