Your Tasks
You will be guided by our mentors and learn how to...
- Provide quotes for Air and Sea Export & Import inquiries, ensuring we're always in the game.
- Keep the freight flowing by coordinating with suppliers, shippers, and our awesome BWS Office/Agents.
- Input shipment info into our system, Carlo, and handle cost reservation & billing like a pro
- Assist with Air & Sea Import/Export shipments, making it all happen.
- Keep the lines open with suppliers and execute shipments flawlessly.
- Prepare invoices and ensure everyone gets paid.
Your Background
- Enthusiasm for logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Attention to detail with a drive for accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to learn.
