Internship in Bid Management

Here is what your role entails
As an Intern in our Bid Management team, you will get hands-on experience with a wide range of Bid Management and other legal processes. You will be supporting the teams across our Commercial & Legal Services function on relevant tasks, as well as be given your own tasks and responsibilities, based on your interests and educational background.

More specifically you will be:

• Supporting the Bid Managers in various tasks during the process of developing proposals and the governance process
• Maintaining and reporting Win/Loss within Commercial and Legal Services to capture and improve future proposals based on learnings
• Conducting project follow-ups and implementations to continuously enhance our processes
• Developing and refining generic documents and supporting Contract Management with standard contracts

We are looking for a structured and enthusiastic Intern who is passionate about Bid Management, and who has an eager wish to optimize processes. A keen interest in law will be beneficial, as you’ll be working closely with legal documents and ensuring compliance with legal standards.

In order to succeed we imagine that you are:

• Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within commercial study (cand.merc.jur), law (cand.jur), or another relevant field
• Outgoing and great at communication
• Able to foster a positive and trustworthy environment
• Naturally driven, self-motivated, and thrive with a high level of responsibility

As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.

The applications are reviewed on a continuous basis, but you can expect a response within six weeks. Any details about the internship will be individually agreed upon. However, the internship is expected to run from the beginning of February 2025 until the end of June 2025.
