Here is what your role entails
In the role as our next P&C Intern, your job will be to maintain and ensure an efficient and high-quality recruitment process as well as a great candidate experience. You will also be able to try other disciplines within P&C, depending on your aspirations.

More specifically you will be:

• Assisting hiring managers in the recruitment process from A-Z
• Responsible for recruiting new Interns for the fall semester of 2025
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys and providing the organization with data-based insights
• Supporting onboarding activities, and be the ambassador for all interns to ensure strong participation in the social events and courses throughout the internship program

You will experience the freedom to pursue your interests and take responsibility of your own projects, providing you with an understanding of how P&C work. You will receive thorough onboarding and ongoing mentorship to support you in reaching your full potential.

With reference to our Team Lead, you will become part of a tight-knit group consisting of 10 colleagues who are working together towards attracting and hiring the best talent for Kamstrup. Did you know? We have a previous Danish champion in Pétanque on our team, and 6 of us started our journey in Kamstrup as Interns.

Less about us, more about you
We are looking for an P&C Intern who is ready to recruit the future talent of Kamstrup, as well as to drive our international recruitment process by being the glue between the hiring manager, the team, our data, and our processes. You may not have much experience yet, but the most important thing is that you are motivated to make your mark within P&C.

In order to succeed we imagine that you:

• Are studying a master´s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or another relevant field
• Are outgoing and great at communicating
• Have a structured and analytical approach to your work
• Can work independently, and like having responsibility for your own tasks

As we are an international organisation it is important that you are fluent in English and Danish.
