Therefore, we are looking for an intern during spring 2025 to assist in project management for our portfolio of Danish and international clients. You will also be heavily involved in optimizing our client and project management processes, and work with highly skilled and social colleagues.

Who are you?

• A bachelor or master student in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Project Management, Communication or similar
• An excellent communicator that is not afraid to approach people in different teams and positions, and question our current ways of doing things
• Structured, tech-savvy and enjoys working with details
• A multitasker that can handle multiple projects and deadlines at the same time
• Previous working experience, preferably in a business environment
• Written and spoken fluency in English and Danish

Your tasks

• Project & Client Management
  • Creation of project plans for various types of projects
  • Ensuring deliverable timelines for clients
  • Monitoring time spent and profitability of the project
  • Ongoing communication with specialists on the project
• Content development
  • Creation of slide material for partners and clients
  • Assist with development of relevant client cases and updates
• Defining processes to optimize Project & Client Management
  • Setting up Project management structures in our system “Monday.com”
  • Assisting our Internal Project Manager with project creation and time registrations in our system “Harvest”
• Document the job responsibilities of the projects & create employee on-boarding presentations on project management practices
