The Communications team at Saxo is the driving force behind all internal and external communications across our global offices. We also support the Executive Team and key spokespeople across all markets. As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of a global financial institution, helping shape our narrative and ensuring consistent communication throughout the organisation.

The role

As a Communications Coordinator in Saxo’s communications department, you will play an important role in supporting our global communication initiatives. You will in particular be responsible for:

• Writing articles for internal channels and preparing the bi-weekly town hall presentations
• Assisting with updates and maintenance of Saxo’s intranet
• Keeping our website, factsheets, and company presentations up to date.
• Distributing analyses and commentaries produced by Saxo’s strategy team
• Monitoring, preparing, and distributing a daily media survey on press coverage for internal use
• Crafting engaging content for our social media platforms and supporting employee advocacy efforts
• Assisting with press inquiries and drafting press releases
• Ad hoc work within communications

Your profile

• You are studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within communication, political science, or marketing, or a related field
• You have knowledge of or have a keen interest in learning more about financial markets
• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• You are flexible, independent, and a team player with the ability to take responsibility and contribute with ideas
• You have strong knowledge of Microsoft’s office products, especially PowerPoint. Experience in Sharepoint is an advantage.
