We are looking for an Planning Assistant with Fixed Term Contract for our growing organization in Aegean Free Zone, Gaziemir – İzmir.

Job Summary
The Planning Assistant supports Planning and Production team in the operation of following up planning and production activities, progresses and updating ERP for standard transactions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
• Student worker, recently graduated
• Good understanding of English
• Having knowledge of MS Office programs
• Having a passion for job, willingness to learn and self-motivated
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Planning Team Leader
• Mainly supporting new ERP system (ICU) activities
• To support Procurement, Production and Warehouse for material planning and flow
• Progress checking with production team for Planning tool update (Rob-ex) update
• Following shipment materials
• Daily updating due dates based on Sequence of Events (SOE) for material requirements
• Calling and prioritizing production orders from Warehouse to Production area in order to start production progresses.
