OUR ROLE

Are you experienced in supporting the growth and profitability on Ecom sales and do you wish to become a part of a global company with a strong brand and a culture built on a deep and rich heritage of Danish design and craftsmanship?

We are looking for an experienced Ecom Manager Home (Global) responsible for Ecom sales in the HOME category – planning all digital activations and promotions as well as trading and analysing performance on a daily base, globally.

Georg Jensen has a leading market position in the affordable high-end Jewellery market and premium Home Product market with distribution to the best retailers in the market. The position is a 1-year fixed parental cover. You will be based in the beautiful HQ in Frederiksberg. You will report to the Ecommerce Director and work in a team of 10 highly skilled colleagues and 1 student assistant.

WHAT YOU’LL DO AT GEORG JENSEN, a part of Fiskars Group
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in driving revenue growth through effective execution of strategy and tactical digital initiatives.
  • Planning, briefing, and managing all HOME relevant activities on Ecom in close collaboration with content team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Bi- weekly trading and monthly reporting on Ecom HOME performance.
  • Analyzing and tracking campaign performance.
  • Planning and coordinating new HOME launches making sure stock is available in all markets.
  • Support on different business analysis to estimate sales.
  • Updating and keeping track on the commercial calendar and our 3PL warehouse in the UK and US.

WHO YOU ARE
Personal Qualities:

  • Ambitious & self-driven with a sales-oriented mindset and passion to increase business results.
  • Strong analytic skills and In-depth knowledge of excel.
  • Strong ability to understand and adapt to working across different platforms efficiently and effectively.
  • Dynamic, proactive, and structured and a strong team player.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results on time in collaboration with the team.
  • Business proficiency in English and Danish with strong communication skills.
  • Networker, with strong stakeholder management skills.

Experience & Knowledge:
The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role with at least 3 years of experience preferably with expertise from a business-like Georg Jensen, e.g., Design, Luxury, Home, and/or Jewlery. Most importantly, however, is that you live and breathe Ecom and possess strong coordination and trading skills.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in English, our working language
  • Proficiency in Danish is advantageous

Education:
Minimum bachelor’s degree
