Fujifilm Diosynth Biotechnologies is undertaking a one in a lifetime growth journey, and as our new Student Assistant, you will be an integral part of our sustainability projects, supporting us in various initiatives aimed at optimizing our procurement processes.

Who are you:
You are a passionate and motivated student with a strong interest in sustainability and procurement. You have a foundational understanding of these areas and are eager to expand your knowledge and skills within a real-world context. Your analytical mindset allows you to work efficiently with numbers and data, enabling you to extract insights and contribute meaningfully to projects.

You have a basic understanding of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, and appreciate the importance of tackling Scope 3 as a key aspect of driving sustainability in the supply chain. You thrive in collaborative environments and possess great communication skills, allowing you to engage and work seamlessly with diverse teams across various teams and global sites.

Your curiosity and creativity drive you to identify innovative solutions for sustainable practices, and you have a genuine desire to make a positive impact through your work.

Your main tasks:

• Assist in sustainability projects by conducting analysis and calculations related to Scope 3 emissions, helping us to understand and reduce our environmental impact.
• Identify innovative green solutions that align with our sustainability strategy, ensuring that our procurement practices are environmentally responsible.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to promote and roll out sustainable practices.
• Monitor data and optimize processes to ensure effective measures are in place, analyzing results and providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Support relevant projects identified as valuable to our sustainability goals, allowing you to contribute to initiatives that matter.

Your New Team & Department
You will join our truly global Procurement Excellence team as a part of Global Sourcing & Procurement – a team consisting of Sourcing and Procurement specialists with wealth of experience from pharma and other industries.
