Your Impact
Ever dreamed of experiencing the entire recruitment process within a large, international company? As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition and the recruitment team, actively supporting them throughout the hiring process. From sourcing candidates and conducting reference calls to assisting in interviews, you'll gain firsthand experience of how recruitment operates in a major company—not just in Brussels, but across all efficy offices in Europe and Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates on LinkedIn and engaging with them to fill vacancies across all our offices
- Ensure we have strong pools of potential candidates by regularly refreshing and maintaining our CVs in the database
- Collaborate on reports from the recruitment activities
- Schedule, assist in interviews and send tests to candidates
- Establish long-term cooperations with universities
- Support in the development of Employer Branding tasks
- Execute phone screenings and reference checks
- Optimize our onboarding process (e.g. updating the layout of documents, etc…)
- Some administrative tasks (e.g. putting job offers in the correct template, etc.…)
About YOU
- Currently studying Human Resources, Communication, Psychology, Management, or a related field
- Excited to start your professional journey. Any previous experience (admin, internships, or retail) is a plus
- Fluent in English. Dutch or French is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn, AI tools like ChatGPT, and design apps such as Canva or Photoshop
- Curious and eager to learn with a proactive attitude
- Comfortable stepping outside your comfort zone
- Organised, with a goal-driven mindset
- Team player and enjoy collaborating on tasks with others
- Strong communication skills, capable of dealing with various external contacts and internal stakeholders
- Able to provide an internship agreement from your university
- Available in January or February 2025, for at least 3 months
