About the role
The student assistant role will be critical to support the operations within Supply Services with focus on Customer Service and Logistics. The role is critical for the success of the team within the organization to ensure excellent customer service and correct order-invoice & returns handling. Student assistant is expected to showcase flexibility and initiative to develop and maintain available tools for the teams, ensuring the smooth flow of operations and cross department collaboration.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the Customer Service Team on the daily operation activities to ensure high levels of service to the customer – complete orders, on-time delivery, free of damages, and accurate transactions
• Manage customer requests/questions timely and accurate and minimize number of credit notes
• Together with Supply Team working on Cost To serve reviews, customer collaborations, data analysis and reporting
• Continuous improvement and streamlining of internal and cross department processes
• Building and optimizing reports, harmonizing and simplifying available tools and developing new ones to cover the gaps in the operations
• Managing Claims and Disputes from customers

The experience we're looking for

• Currently obtaining a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related business field
• Fluency (oral and written) in English, Scandinavian language is advantageous
• You take initiative, practice good judgement and can work independently. You are a problem solver with a high result orientation and with a strong sense of urgency and achievement
• You can swift through data, extract insights and leverage those insights to solve the root cause of a problem. Intermediate skills with Excel are desirable
• You are clear and concise in communicating statuses / required actions and are comfortable presenting across multiple levels of business
• Team work and deadline focused: You have experience in working in a team, navigating clashing priorities and strict deadlines
• Supply Chain Passionate: You are passionate about Supply Chain and eager to learn more whilst applying it in practice
• Change Management: You have experience in navigating, adapting and advocating for changes in dynamic environment
