Student Assistant for IT-Support

Hours: 7-15 hours per week (flexible during exam and vacation period)

Salary: Solid hourly paybased on your seniority in your studies
Company: MagVenture is an established medical device company specialized in the TMS technology (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), which is a fast growing technology for treatment and investigation of several difficult diseases, e.g. major depression, and OCD.
MagVenture currently employs 200 employees. We are a Danish privately owned company on a rapid international growth journey that has led to many exciting new projects.
The job
We are looking for a Student Assistant to support our activities within IT at MagVenture.
You will play a vital role in supporting our team with various tasks related to user support, computer installation, documentation, user administration, and equipment purchasing.
You can expect many personal and professional development opportunities in a dynamic environment with stakeholders across all functions and cultures.
Assignments
- Providing technical support to our colleagues.
- Installation, Configuration, and maintenance of Computers, Phones and Tablets.
- User Setup and Administration.
- Create documentation for IT solutions and procedures and log support cases.
- Developing training material or user manuals and training users on new systems.
Qualifications
To increase your chances of success in the job, you:
- Are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, science, or a related field.
- You can work independently but also function well in a team.
- Have a positive and outgoing personality.
- Have a structured workflow and can keep your head cool in stressful situations.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Fluency in Danish is a plus but not a requirement.
